Lips

In her portrait Anne Boleyn has distinctively small, thin lips which are a lot small than my models. To re-create this with just makeup I covered over the lips with the same colour I was covering over the face and powdered that into place. With a small brush I then drew in the new lips shape with LC149 and LC152 from my Kryolan lip rouge mini palette. 

I was happy with the overall effect of drawing in new lips. I think I need to make the top lips slightly more peaked and not take the lines so close to the outside of Kizzy's natural lips. Although up close you can see Kizzy's natural lips from further away (distance of portrait) the effect is realistic and adds to the overall look. I was also very happy with the colour match as it is quite a distinctive orange colour that is different to Kizzy's natural lips. Overall I am happy with this and I will recreate in for my formative assessment.
